Have a question about shipping and returns? As a rule, I don’t accept returns, so please see the guidelines below before contacting me. If you still have a question, don’t hesitate to get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.

Shipping

Instant Download Patterns

Instant Download patterns will be available on your site account and in your associated email address immediately after purchase. Please make sure that you are signed in and go to www.rachelrossi/my-account to access your purchases.

If you’re looking for your file in your email inbox and aren’t seeing it, please make sure to check your SPAM and TRASH folders!

Patterns, Kits, and Notions

All physical products are shipped on the Friday after purchase. Please keep in mind that I am a one-woman show when it comes to everyday operations around here, so please do your best to order a week or two before needing your items.

Shipping Costs

Costs vary based on the items being shipped. Please check your cart total and shipping total after adding all items and your shipping address to see the shipping cost.

Return Policy

Instant Download Patterns

Because of the nature of Instant Downloads, once an order is made, returns will not be accepted. If there is an issue with your pattern or you have questions, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help you!

Fabric

To respect those with allergies and sensitivities I do not accept returns on any fabric products. This includes, but is not limited to cut yardage, bundles, kits, and precuts.

Notions and Hard Copy Patterns

In rare cases, I will accept returns on Notions and Hard Copy Patterns. I will do my best to fix any issues that arise before starting the return process. To start a return, please start by contacting me to resolve the issue.

Return timeline:

  • send the item(s) back within 15 days of purchase
  • upon inspection, the item(s) must be in the original condition (see below for items damaged in shipping)
  • I will then initiate a return for the item price to your original form of payment (shipping will not be refunded). This will appear on your statement after 3-5 business days.

Items Damaged During Shipment

If there is an item damaged during shipment, please contact me! I will get in touch with you to make it right!
